Theta Chi lifelong.

Our oath does not end at graduation. Theta Chi welcomes a lifelong status as alumni. It is our strength is to welcome those who graduate into the alumni. A strong chapter is ever hardened by a strong alumni. Jointly, they can achieve many great feats.

Theta Chi Nevada is the home to its alumni, and we want to make our home inviting. This can’t be done on will alone. With the help of Theta Chi International Headquarters (A.K.A IHQ), we have organized ourselves in a meaningful way to be most effective in supporting the undergraduate chapter.

We ask that you reflect on your time as an undergraduate. We ask that you remember your oath and what those years meant to you. We know everyone has a reason for joining, and embracing the fraternity.

We ask that you demand more of our undergraduates. We ask that you be involved in their success and growth.

Chapter Advisory Board

The Chapter Advisory Board (a.k.a The CAB) is seperate of The Alumni Corporation. It is a board of alumni who counsel The Undergraduate chapter. Their purpose is to support Beta Phi in its operations. This group meets monthly, and usually involves mentoring an executive officer position. Daniel Conner heads up the CAB and would love to include any interested individuals into the CAB.

The Alumni Corporation

We are looking for voting directors for the corporation. The need is to review and advise on actions that advance of the interests of the Alumni Corporation, Alumni Association, and The Housing Corporation.

The Alumni Association

The Alumni Association is in need of people who can support in the planning and executing of alumni association related events. Examples include The Annual Alumni Golf Scramble, or the Annual Alumni Ski Trip. We also are looking for people who have inclination in graphic design. Specifically to design merchandise on behalf of the association.

The association also is looking for support in writing newsletters.

Daniel Escorcia is the president of the housing corporation and would love to chat regarding the corporation.

Housing Corporation

The Housing Corporation is seeking individuals in the Reno, NV area who have knowledge in the following areas:

1. Independent contracting
2. Lease review
3. Financial Planning

International Headquarter Contributions

Theta Chi has a wide array of opportunity for alumni to give back at the national level.

1. Maybe you want to install a local chapter in your community?
2. Would you serve as a mentor to undergraduates across the country?
3. Maybe you are seeking mentorship from other alumni?

These are just a few items that Theta Chi offers to all of its members.

How to Donate

We want alumni to be able to donate in a manner that is comfortable for them. That means never soliciting for funds without purpose, and never spamming our alumni. At the same time, we want to recognize those alumni that want to build a chapter that stands the test of time. And this is why we are proud to have The Alumni Foundation Group.

The Alumni Foundation Group

The Foundation Group is cornerstone of the alumni. It serves as the group of alumni who give back in dramatic and bold ways. Said another way: This group is how we will build a house for the undergraduate. Their contributes will be the base for which the house stands on. Their legacy in Beta Phi will be inscribed in the history of the chapter.

This tier of alumni also receive benefits as a thank you for their continued support to the corporation. All of this is described in our donor-box portal and below. All of this is viewable in our donate drop down link at the top.
